Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kids CAN Recycle™, including creating an account, registering a child, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, the Parent Agreement, and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

The platform connects families and neighbors for recycling coordination, communication, scheduling, and related account management.

• The company does not employ recyclers.
• The company does not supervise activities or verify every user or location.
• The company does not guarantee safety, pickup opportunities, or outcomes.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Adults using the platform must be at least 18 years old. Parents or legal guardians are required to register child participants and are responsible for all activity under their accounts.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and monitor child use of devices, messages, and credentials.

User Conduct

Users may not trespass, harass others, misrepresent identity, handle prohibited materials, or use the platform unlawfully.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for safety concerns, fraud, misuse, or rule violations.

Payments, Earnings, and Platform Limitations

If payment or billing features are enabled, the company does not guarantee earnings and is not responsible for disputes between users regarding pickups, money, tips, or other economic outcomes.

Platform fees, if any, are governed by the billing terms shown in the Parent Portal and the company may change plan structures with notice.

Disclaimers, Liability Limits, and Indemnity

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of safety, accuracy, availability, performance, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree to defend and hold the company harmless from claims, damages, and legal fees arising from their own use of the platform or the acts of their child.

Governing Law and Modifications

The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, with venue in Essex County, Massachusetts. The company may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
