Safety Rules

These safety rules describe the conditions under which participation may occur and the activity that is prohibited.

Required Safety Conditions

  • Parent or authorized adult supervision is required for all in-person activity.
  • Participation should occur only in safe weather, safe visibility, and safe traffic conditions.
  • Parents decide whether any location, route, material, or interaction is appropriate.

Never Allowed

  • Entering homes, garages, fenced areas, sheds, or other enclosed/private spaces without express parent approval.
  • Handling hazardous, sharp, leaking, suspicious, medical, chemical, fuel, battery, or electronic materials.
  • Night pickups, unsafe weather pickups, unsafe surface conditions, horseplay, climbing, or trespassing.

Property and Community Respect

Children must respect property boundaries, avoid confrontation, leave areas clean, and stop immediately if a location appears unsafe or a resident objects.

Parents are financially responsible for any property damage caused by the child.

Emergency and Health Responsibility

The company does not provide transportation, security, medical screening, or emergency services. Parents are solely responsible for health decisions, allergies, emergency care, and whether a child is fit to participate.
